"As background, I’ve been involved in residential rentals for many years, having owned and managed some 175, or so, doors in various states. I currently live outside of California and Lisa recently assisted me as the selling agent for a condo I owned in El Cajon. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell but she did a great job in bringing together all of the resources necessary to prepare the property to be listed (after being a rental for 5-6 years) including various repairs and, of course, excellent staging.
